This type of bearing has a low friction coefficient, high maximum speed, simple structure, low manufacturing cost, and is easy to achieve high manufacturing accuracy. The size range and form variation are diverse, and it is widely used in industries such as precision instruments, low-noise motors, automobiles, motorcycles, and general machinery. It is a type of bearing that is widely used in the mechanical industry. It mainly bears radial loads and can also withstand a certain amount of axial loads. When a larger radial clearance is selected, the axial bearing capacity increases, and the contact angle is zero when subjected to pure radial force. When there is axial force, the contact angle is greater than zero. Generally, stamped wave shaped retaining frames, vehicle made solid retaining frames, and sometimes nylon frames are also used. After being installed on the shaft, deep groove ball bearings can limit the axial displacement of the shaft or housing in both directions within the axial clearance range of the bearing, thus enabling axial positioning in both directions.
